Terms of Services

These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PAYEER website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Paycorp Limited (“PAYEER”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You may not use the Services if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and any unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Fees

Fees for transactions, exchanges, and withdrawals are disclosed on our Fees page and before each transaction. We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice.

5. Cryptocurrency and Fiat Services

PAYEER provides wallet, exchange, and payment services. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. You acknowledge the risks described in our Risk Warning and accept full responsibility for your decisions.

6. Verification (KYC/AML)

We may require identity verification to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Services are owned by or licensed to Paycorp Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAYEER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paycorp Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to us or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vanuatu, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vanuatu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
